Once we have agreed on the general parameters of your trip, we create the initial proposal. That initial proposal is not the final itinerary, just a starting point to get us on the right track. We are free to make tweaks and changes until it seems just right. Please know that all the special details and information you desire will be added before your trip departure.

Since the work we do involves custom trip planning, the time spent on your trip is uniquely yours. Starting all over from scratch is possible, but just know that it will require additional time. That’s why it’s so important we’re honest from the beginning about our likes and dislikes, and what we’re looking for.

Your vacation package comes as a single trip cost and you will be invoiced for the entire trip package, inclusive of all trip components we have agreed upon. Agreements with my suppliers are often confidential and do not permit me to provide pricing for each travel component separately. Costing segments of your journey separately voids the total price of the itinerary presented to you. If you wish us to remove a travel component, we are happy to provide you with updated pricing at any time.

Cancellation costs vary by supplier. Due to the customized nature of your vacation, trip insurance is highly recommended in the event you need to cancel or postpone your trip.

Travel insurance for all trips is highly recommended. We will provide you with a quote after you agree upon a final itinerary pricing. It’s important to remember that travel insurance covers not only travel related costs, but also medical needs should those arise as well.
