Grand Canyon National Park

Although it’s a classic vacation spot, the Grand Canyon is still a must see when choosing a perfect hiking spot. Not only is the scenery absolutely breathtaking, but the trails are some of the best in America. The Nankoweap Trail is the hardest trail at the national park, which begins at the North Rim and follows 14 miles down the Colorado River. When completed the trail has a beautiful payoff view of the Colorado River only rafters can see. At the Grand Canyon you can do any adventures from white water rafting, helicopter tours, to 4WD excursions. With so much to do, it’s no secret why the Grand Canyon is on everyone’s to-do list.

Zion National Park

Zion National Park is in southwest Utah, distinguished by Zion Canyon’s steep red cliffs and sits along the Virgin River. This national park is known for it’s Emerald Pools, which have beautiful waterfalls and hanging gardens. Zion National Park is any hiker’s fantasy with several marked trails for any level. During the winter, private vehicles are allowed on the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, which is only open to park buses during the summer. This national park might fly under your radar, but it’s a beautiful place that needs to be seen. 

Tour du Mont Blanc–France, Switzerland and Italy

The Tour Du Mont Blanc is a 105 mile hike that travels through the scenic mountains of France, Switzerland, and Italy as it circles Mont Blanc through the Alps. This is perfect for the thrill seekers as Mont Blanc is the highest peak in Weastern Europe, reaching a height of over 15,770 feet with a magnificent view. During the 10 day tour, you will hike between small Alpine villages, over mountainous passes, and along ancient glaciers as we travel through the French, Italian, and Swiss territories. The Tour Du Mont Blanc is truly a trip of a lifetime and extremely worth checking off of your bucket list.

Biking Through Myanmar

Traveling through Myanmar is any cyclist’s dream! Myanmar provides over 553 cycle routes to explore, and you are able to bike as many as you would like through the months of January through November. As you cycle through Myanmar you will be able to see the colorful Buddhist stupas and lush rolling countryside all in one day. Myanmar is one of the safest places to cycle, so why not take advantage of this beautiful place and take on an adventure by bike. 

Avenue of the Baobabs, Madagascar

Separated from continental Africa by 250 miles of water, Madagascar is the greatest adventure to add to your list. The island provides sights including Sifakas, bug-eyed lemurs, and places like the surreal Avenue of the Baobabs, where the centuries-old trees reach heights of nearly 100 feet. The Avenue of the Baobabs is a unique sight to see as it provides rows of the rare and ancient Baobabs trees for miles to see. The trees line the dirt road between Morondava and Belon’i Tsiribihina in the Menabe region of western Madagascar, making  one of the most beautiful walking paths in the world.
