45 ml Calvados Selection Christian Drouin
5 ml Frangelico hazelnut liqeur
20 ml Ginger Cordial
110 ml Acidified Granny smith water (sub: apple juice)
Add all the ingredients to a small pot and stir over a low heat. Serve in a ceramic cup and garnish with a Christmas biscuit!

Ingredients (for two):
1 oz ginger syrup
1.5 oz passionfruit puree
3 oz Aperol Spritz
2 oz Mezcal
Put ice in a shaker and add the ginger syrup, passionfruit puree, Aperol Spritz and Mezcal. Shake it up and pour it into a cocktail glass. Top with come champagne and add a slice of fresh orange to garnish.

Ingredients (for two):
2.5 cups of water
2 tsp. loose-leaf rooibos tea (we used natural rooibos tea with orange peel, pineapple chunks, and red rose petals)
2 cinnamon sticks
2-3 tsp. mixture of dried anise stars, cloves, orange zest and ginger
2 slices of apple
2 slices of orange
Boil your water, rinse your teapot with some of it, and place the roobios tea and preferred spices into the teapot. Add the boiled water and cover for 5 minutes. Strain the roobios solids with a mesh strainer and pour tea into a teacup. Pour the tea into glasses or cups and garnish with cinnamon sticks and sliced apple and orange to serve.
1.5oz dry gin
1/2 oz simple syrup (to taste)
1/2-1 oz lime juice
1.5 oz pineapple puree
1 oz water
1 cup ice
1/4 tsp Angostura aromatic bitters
1 slice pineapple
2-4 maraschino cherries
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake it up. Pour over a large glass of ice and top with Angostura aromatic bitters, pineapple, mint leaves and maraschino cherry.
1.5 oz dark rum
1 oz almond liqueur
2 oz passion fruit puree
1 oz lime juice
2 oz ginger beer
Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a shaker with ice and mix well. Strain into a glass and add the ginger beer. Stir gently to combine, and garnish with an orange slice or a maraschino cherry.
